im a US citizen and my bf is a UK citizen.
You can be married anywhere and the marriage will be recognized. Get several copies of your Jamaican wedding certificate apostiled.
Your problem is how to arrange the visa so you can both return to one of those countries afterwards without waiting for six months in Jamaica. Your normal visa waiver procedures do not really apply since you are presumably entering as an immigrant spouse and not a tourist. If you ignore this rule, you will probably have trouble getting lawful residence later.
It is still do-able, but requires a bit more planning for immigration procedures.
